Welcome to UPEC

Just 10 minutes drive from Exeter city centre, UPEC is a 43 acre equestrian centre surrounded by well managed, good quality grazing set in beautiful Devon countryside. We are a small, family run business with a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Full, part, DIY and holiday liveries are available for horses and ponies. Our facilities include 24 hour supervision, 27 large modern stables, washroom, post and rail fencing, a horse walker, 90m x 30m manége, showjumps a cross-country course and tuition. The manége, showjumps and cross-country course are also available for hire by individuals, groups or for competitions. You are welcome to bring your own instructor.

Additional facilities include a weekly vet clinic by specialist equine vet Stephen Wildman and a fast rug cleaning and repair service. Other services offered include re-schooling, backing and breaking, sale preparation, AI management, assessment and advice.
